Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.  We understand that sometimes things happen.  If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.  We request 24 hours notice.  You may not cancel a package until the end of  your contract.  If you miss an appointment without notifying us, you will be billed for whatever service you missed. 

General Sales Policy

Touch Your Client’s Heart will bill for our services.  You are required to keep a credit card number on file for us to use for purchases made on your behalf.
